the staff were friendly and the property was well maintained. Everything from our room to bathrooms was cleaned efficiently. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant, reasonably priced, and the pool was perfect for a family vacation. the hotel has additional facilities like a sauna and jacuzzi.
The hotel could improve the service at the restaurant.

Free parking & excellent staff. Pozo azul was just 1 mile away. The location was so close to everything we wanted to do❤❤

I had a great stay at a lovely hotel in San Gil. The staff at Campestre Santa Catalina were incredibly helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The pool was a perfect way to cool off from the heat, and the on-site restaurant served delicious food at reasonable prices. The hotel also had a jacuzzi and sauna, although I didn't get a chance to use them. The location was slightly outside of town, but taxis were cheap and easily accessible. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The pool and staff were great, and we loved the on-site restaurant. the prices were a good value for our money, and the cute pets added to the relaxed atmosphere.
the shower had no hot water for 3 days, and the traffic noise made it difficult to fall asleep at night.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel surrounded by nature. It was a peaceful and quiet place with clean rooms and friendly staff. The pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxing, and the on-site restaurant had reasonable prices. We also appreciated the beautiful view and courtyard.

Great countryside view and well-maintained courtyard garden. Location close to the main road gives easy access to other areas. The free Wi-Fi signal was strong and reliable.
The dated suite we stayed in seriously needed basic maintenance: the bathroom door handle was not secure, and the sliding glass door didn't have a screen. The restaurant's vegan breakfast option was canceled, leaving us with a badly limited and uninspiring selection.
